-Shadow Jumping – He can disappear into the shadows only to appear from another shadow six feet away. Any further away will cause him pain and problems, thus resulting in passing out for a couple of hours.

-control a shadow of a person like a puppet controlling the person, but this is limited to one person and only five minutes at a time. Cause this causes strain on his body. shadow manipulation he can not use to to harm other people, he can make them walk away. making them fight causes too much strain on his body. He can't make them use their powers. So all he can do is make them stop in their tracks so that he can get away, or make them move away from him so that he has room to attack.

Personality: He is a jokester on the outside, appearing all happy and gitty. Ready to poke fun at anyone he can. But on the inside, he is tired of the passing world and living in a place where humans treat him like nothing. HE hated the wars and he hated living the life he had. Nicolis feels like he has seen enough in his life time. He has a russian accent. He acts like a royal at times when he is caught off guard. Tries to hide his russian accent but it is too strong.

Bio: Dimitri was born in Russian in a time when the Romanov family was in rule, he was the nephew of the Tzar at the time. He grew up learning how to be a royal since half his cousins were female, there was a chance that he would become king. When his powers surface for healing after a citizen broke into the house and stabbed him, he found that he could heal. This caught a stir in the family that there was a person that could heal, they thought that he was possessed by a demon keeping him to one side of the castle. He slowly started to realize that he could control shadows only for a moment, and go through shadows like as though they are a door way to another shadow. This is when a priest was called to exorise him, problem was nothing happened to the family eyes. Since he was the only male still at the moment, they couldn’t kill him or there would be no heir. So dimitri age rather slowly, till his uncle’s daughter had a son causing him to be cast aside like a demon. Given a choice to either guard or leave. Dimitri chose to guard.

For One hundred years he slowly aged, but guarded his family keeping his secret. He wasn’t allowed to leave the palace, but then when the people attacked the castle. He had warned his cousin Nicolas of the attack; but they pushed it aside. That day though he fought, he wasn’t able to save the family from so many attacks. The entire family was wiped out accept him whom was kept in a lightly lit room where no shadows were near him. For two years he was tortured, starved, and humilated by the humans that had helped kill his beloved family that he had guarded for so long. He feeling was taken out of him, to the point he didn’t scream anymore or even have any effect after they dug out his left eye. When the lights went out, he got free. Causing the death of the people that tortured him. He took their right eyes keeping them in a small leather pouch connected to his side.

Dimitri left Russia going to england where he blended in starting up a candy business. He made some of the best sweet in england called Romanov Sweets. He named sweets after each member of his family that was killed. His favorite that he made was a sweet red chocolate with a raspberry filling and cherries inside he named Anastasia whom was his only cousin that would take him serious. Changing his appearance every few years he kept the store till it boomed. He got stores all over the world now.
Deciding that it was time for something new, he went to America where he was recruited by Mystique for the brotherhood house. That was something he liked alot, to make humans slaves to the mutants. Mutants ruling would make him nothing more than happier than since he was with his family before he found out he was a mutant. Dimitri since he looked so young, enrolled as a student but found no interest in half the people there to even talk to them. The brotherhood was just something to pass the time till he felt like returning to work in one of the stores he ran. He carries around the eyeballs still in the pouch attached to his waist.

I'm not too sure about the speed thingy, but as lions only run at top speed in the 50 mph range I suppose we'll see how it works out

My only other thing is that your stats are wrong, you can look at other character bios to see how they're done (Our stats usually confuse people)

I edited it. I no longer have speed, and I think I got the stats right now.

I have a few issues with this character myself.
Age - I'm not too against letting people look younger then they really are, but I don't like people who are already older the high end of the average life span.
Power - You've created a power that bluntly aims to legalize bunnying in your case, and this is one of my pet peeves.
I also have to ask how you intend to make this an RP friendly power, I'm more towards letting bad guys have stronger powers(because we often times are outnumbered) but it still needs to be workable.
Stats - They are too high, reread the template and fill it out again. Kitty covered this in her post.
History - I haven't read it yet, telling you that because I may have something to say about it later.

but that is his character. His powers are minor. I made sure of that. He can only go through a shadow and appear only six feet away through another one. he can't do this continuously or it causes him pain or he passes out cause he didn't have enough energy to pass through.

secondly, the aging thing is critical to him. He can't heal limbs that have been taken off. Such as his eye, he has no left eye cause the people who tortured him took it out. all the powers have limits, I always make sure to put a cap.

shadow controlling is limited to one person and only five minutes. he can't use another person after what for a while cause controlling someone like a puppet takes along of strength. and it has no effect in the light or on those whom hit him with psychic blasts.
this happens with magneto who happens to control metal that happens to be in wolverines body. Secondly psychics and antoehr mutant can control people's bodies with no limits. I put a cap on mine cause I find that unfair.

--meaning he can only control for one post. then after that he has to wait five or ten more posts to control another person. and that is posts from me not anyone else to count. so after using the manipulation for one post, he has to wait till I get 5-10 more decent posts. not one liners.

ps. if you want I can have it to where he was called by magneto instead to check in on the brotherhood cause he is questioning mystique's loyalty.

We limit the telekinetic abilities here, if they are used like that not allowing for a fair fight I'd give them shit personally.
Magneto and wolverine is a special case for this sort of thing.
And what I'm attempting to say is in 5 minutes you could force someone to walk away take a knife and kill themself, you are not allowed to use it for this - like the telekinetic ability it'll be monitored.

When we say spread 'em out we mean varry them, With the 25's throw in a lower 2 and a late teen or two

Personality: He is a kind man with a foul attitude towards certain people. He hates humans at times, but adores certain people. Loving to make sweets it calms him, he has a russian english accent from hanging around Dimitri and living in england for a long time. He hates his human parents but would do anything for Dimitri.

Appearnce: Black hair that is shoulder length and untamed. Eyes that are golden with a kind smile on his face hiding his pain. He dresses in black outfit.

Bio:
Raven’s real name is gilbert, he grew up in a house in russia taking care of the grounds of a noble home with his parents. He had a solid life, but an unhappy one. The boss was always treating his father badly, and his father came home drunk alot. Causing Raven so much pain. When Raven turned seven years old, in one of his father’s drunk rages he grew black raven wings and talons on his hands and feet. He did this while defending his mother. His father freaked out and threw Raven out of the house into the cold. For weeks Raven was along and begging on the streets; when he got upset his talons came out. No one would help him or take the child in, calling him a demon. About to starve to death, Raven was found on the streets almost dead by Dimitri Romanov whom knew as the candy man since Romanov candy’s hit russia. Raven looked up at Dimitri and passed out. Waking up in a room that looked to belong to a nobleman. He was fed by the maids and clothed in fine garments that made him worry about the house. That in when he met Dimitri in the living room. The two spoke about why Raven was in the street. That is when dimitri took him in almost like his own child or a little brother. For years he was trained to fight and makes sweets with dimitri, getting a few things from him about hating humans. He was trained in england to be a russian soldier and guardian like Dimitri was. When he turned Seventeen, he was working im dimitri’s chocolate store in england with a smile on his face since sweets have a way of calming him. He was smiling and being so nice to humans. But when Raven found out that Dimitri might be in trouble, he went to Bayville. Opening the store there to keep an eye on the man whom had saved him and took care of him.
