Ending in the snow of tears (open)

Alexis was confused by her response, but the old temptation of cake grasped her again. "Cake?" She asked simply.

nodding her head akachi giggled going into the kitchen and coming back with a strawberry cake. she gave a piece to alexis and smiled. "There you go."

Alexis ate the cake happily, her gaze drawn to the corner of the room, where the odd mat sat. "What is?" She asked, pointing to the mat next to the TV.

"Its a game called dance dance revolution." akachi said as she hooked up the game after finishing her cake. she started the game and started dancing on it.

Alexis watched Akachi play the game, having never seen a video game before the entire concept was new to her. She tried to follow what Akachi was doing with her eyes, trying to understand the concept. She nodded slowly, thinking she understood the idea behind the game.

"you do what the arrows on the screen tell you." She stopped cause her broken ankle was hurting her at the moment. Akachi thought for a moment.

Alexis noticed that Akachi had backed down, before remembering something. "Is blue good at school?" She asked, referring to her fur, remembering that she would be going to school for the first time soon.

akachi stood, she remembered that it wasn't really. it was frowned upon. "the humans don't like it, but I think its cool. Everyone digs the fuzzy chick." She smirked, trying to make alexis laugh.

Alexis giggled, and suddenly realized how tired she was. "I sleeping now." She said, to Akachi. "Thank you." She said, as she walked up the stairs to her room, which she still thought was too big, before collapsing onto her bed.
