Ending in the snow of tears (open)

akachi went to school, but that day was the day she wanted to disappear. As the snow fell today was the day she lost her best friends and she stared at their dead bodies looking at her. Akachi left the school at lunch and went to the park. wearing blue jean bell bottoms with the legs stuffed into black leather spiked goth boots. she wore a black waist winter coat, as she looked out at the park. She was starting to wish that she had ended her life the day that she lost them. She couldn't go home to her family in japan cause they would lock her up again, she couldn't call her brother much, and she wasn't sure who to turn to. she had bottled her emotions up so much that she finally broke down under the cold wet bridge and hugged her knees looking at the frozen water as tears streamed down her eyes. She kept it all inside, still blaming herself for the accident as well as the one that almost got her new friend wolfy killed. Akachi wasn't sure what to do. She started scratching at her wrist where she wanted it to just bleed out but she knew that she would heal.

"someone just come and kill me." Akachi said, she knew though that Damian would miss her. she had left him one time when she went to tokyo and couldn't come back for a year almost. she didn't know what to do. "its my fault."

Alexis was walking down the street, her old overcoat and hat back on, she was still wearing the jeans and dress shirt, her tail curled up around her back. She was walking around town absent-mindedly, wanting to experience some of America now that she could speak the language. The snow fell around her, and she would occasionally stop and star at the beautiful specks of white floating around her. She was trying to remember her dreams, or nightmares as it were. But whenever she thought about them the further she got from actually remembering what they were. Giving up she decided to cut across the park back to the Brotherhood house. As she walked across the park she noticed a blob of black against the bleak white that she saw everywhere. Walking towards it she noticed a frozen lake, and as she got closer to the blob she noticed some distinctive pink hair. Walking closer to Akachi, she started to overhear what she was saying, "It's my fault." Akachi was speaking in a different way than usual, hushed and secluded. "What fault is yours?" Alexis asked, not sure why Akachi was huddled up next to the frozen lake.

Akachi heared footsteps in the snow, moving her crying eyes towards the sound she saw Alexis. she didn't want anyone to see her cry, but she guessed it was out of the bag. the question though made her know that Alexis her. "Their deaths. The pain. Everything." Akachi covered her hand with her head looking at the lake thinking about throwing herself into the bottom of it.

Alexis was confused. The mix of language she only half understood and coming into something she knew of nothing about was positively perplexing. She decided to sit down next to Akachi, her coat draping behind her, the front of her body was un protected so if someone were to see her from the front, the coat wouldn't cover up her fur. "What death is this?" She asked, trying to whittle down the layers of her uncomprehension.

Akachi didn't feel like teaching at the moment, she stood up and stared at the lake. "I'll show you." Akachi told her, she walked forward onto the frozen water to the middle of the lake and had her chains drag her down underneathe the ice.

Alexis was startled by Akachi's sudden attempt at suicide. Jumping through the ice as if it was still in its liquid state, Alexis swum throught he lkae like she was a fish, using her tail to aid her. Quickly catching up to Akachi she grabbed the pink haired girls hand and phased them both, walking on the water particles she jumped and ran up an invisible staircase, dragging Akachi with her. Once they were both on the bank she placed Akachi down with little grace. "Why you do!?" She yelled, suddenly white hot with rage. Why would her only friend do such a thing? Did she do something wrong? The questions rolled around the back of her mind, remaing more or less dormant until her rage became soothed.

Akachi stared up at a blue person dragging her back up. but she wanted to go down. Being taken to the surface she heard Alexis yelling at her. She coughed out some water she had taken in. "I wanted to end it." She said shaking.

Alexis was still furious with her pink haired friend. "End what!?" She yelled her tail flicking in large angry movements. "Why!?" She yelled again, small tears forming in the corners of her eyes.

Akachi allowed the tears to flow from her eyes. "my life. I don't want it anymore, I don't want the memories. those dead bodies looking at me." Akachi's fingers dug into her hair knowing that alexis is mad.

Alexis almost stopped, letting the confusion into her head. Had she misinterpreted it? But she pushed through, holding onto the anger she had used only a second ago. "What!?" She exclaimed, she decided to stop asking questions. "Make sense!" She commanded, her tail swishing more so than ever.

"I watched them all die. and I did nothing to save me." akachi said, she didn't know what else to say. She wanted to just die right now with all the faces staring at her in the face. The cold lifeless eyes wanting help but she didn't give it. the tears just poured she wanted to hide.

Alexis decided that anger wasn't really her style. Alexis almost sighed, but decided that it would be inappropriate. Rage still welled up inside her, but she pushed it down. "Who die?" She asked, already regretting her lost anger.

"My friends." Akachi said. "My first friends I ever had died today." She shivered due to being cold. She sneezed and then laid down in the snow curling up in a ball. "Car accident, they just...I...I couldn't save them. I should have."

Alexis took off her coat, wrapping it around Akachi. Alexis' friendship with Akachi was far more important to her than someone noticing her fur. "Car accident." She said, searching for words. "Is... no fault... to you." She said, trying to construct a sentence. "You have.... Non... You could not..." She searched for words, trying to comfort Akachi. She didn't know anything about the actual incident, but from what she knew about Akachi, she knew that she would have done anything to save them if she could have.

Akachi closed her eyes and then opened them looking at Alexis. "Yes it is. My chains protected me instead of them." she stood up wishing that she could do something to end it but knew that people would stop her. "I'll just deal with it just a bit longer."

Alexis shook her head, getting a little bit angry again, but she forced it down. "You no 'deal' with it." she said slightly softer than normal. "You fix now." she said.

Akachi shook her head. "It isn't something I can fix Alexis. Me broken." Akachi told her, she was more broken than anyone could know. "you can get mad all you want, but can't fix me."

Alexis felt another tear come to her eye, not one of sadness but one of frustration. "But not your fault." She she said, almost pleading with the girl. "You good person." She muttered, almost as an after thought.

"goodnness sometimes can't outweigh a past." Akachi said as she placed the coat back on Alexis. "this isn't the only time I tried to end it." Akachi said sadly knowing that alexis was getting upset. she didn't mean to make the girl mad. "I am at fault."

Alexis wasn't sure where to go, this girl was really stubborn, but then again, so was she. "Then I help fix!" She said, trying to perk up a little for the occasion, it was obvious that Akachi had some seriously bad memories, kind of like the things in her dreams, they followed her where ever she went, a shadow in the back of her mind, haunting her no matter what she did.

Akachi smiled at Alexis. "Okay, you can." Akachi said, she didn't hug Alexis but gave her back her coat. She started walking to the bridge.

Alexis smiled and followed her. "Ice-cream help fix." She stated bluntly, not even looking at Akachi, once more distracted by the snow falling from the sky.

akachi shook her head. "Ice cream can't fix." she said, she tossed a snow ball at Alexis.

Alexis shook her head, making a small snowball using her tail. "Then what help fix?" She asked, pouting. She flicked her tail across her back as sent the small snowball into Akachi.

Akachi shook her head. "Nothing it is something I'll live with forever." Akachi said, she had a fear of losing all her friends.
