First day of school.(A)

(in the cafateria)
Jake ploped down in a chair across from Jean and frowned.
"Alright. Explain. What was wrong back there?"

Jean took a bite out of a granola bar she grabbed on the way in. "WHat do you mean by explain...."

"Tell me why you were so worried" Jake said, empasizing every word.

Wes sat down with them with a milk, also waiting for the explaination.

"Kitty fell through the locker.... but don't tell her i saw okay." Jean says still eating

Wes laughed at that, then grew serious, "but...what about the dude.."

"That's what i am worried about...." Jean finishes the granola bar and then unzips her backpack. She pulls out a notebook and writes donw a quick note to remind her self of something.

"...whatever you just wrote down, your gonna forget to look at it, arent you?"

Jake threw his roll at her hitting her in the head.
"Tell me."

Jean stopped the roll before it hit her without even realizing she did. "I will tell you when we get home."

"but thats like 8 hours away!"

"Patience... learn it." Jean put away her notebook and drank some juice

"i have patients...but 8 hours?! could u at least give us some info at lunch??"

Jake gave an irritated growl. He had a feeling he needed to know this. A tiger tail soon appeared.

"Yeah sure" Jean saidand then noticed Jake's tail. "Um Jake...." Then she whispered. "Tail."

Wes had to bite her tounge to keep from laughing at that.

Jake looked up in surprise.
"Huh?" He looked back then realized how stuipid it was. He couldnt see it- it was behind him. He reached back. Sure enough a gold/black tail was sticking out of his jacket.
"Uh oh...." He glanced around. He tried to get rid of it, calming himself and concentrating.
"It's not working- I'll be back!" Jake whispered hastly shoving his tail back under his jacket and rushing out of the cafeteria.

(...how long is ur jacket?...)
Wes drinks her milk, still smiling a bit.

Jean sighed and put her head down on the table

(Same as my actual one, but i tuck it under and get creative.)
I knew this was going to be a bad day- and it hasnt even started yet!
Jake felt a little awkwierd trying to meditate while standing up in the bathroom, but eventually the tail went away.
He left the bathroom with a bruised ego and went back to sit with Jean and WEs

"Everything all good???" Jean asked as Jake sat down

"Yes." Jake said through gritted teeth. He was turning a bit red.

bored, Wes pulled out her schedule, looking over her classes.

Kitty ran up to the trio with her breakfast and took a seat by Jean "Hey guys!"

Wes looks up from her schedule, "hellos"
