Typical day in the Xaivier kitchen

"Oh." Jake caught the cookie and bit into it. "Anyone else I should know?"

Kitty thought as she chewed on her cookie once she had swallowed she replied "Well you'll meet everybody sooner or later. But you should be aware that Kurt and Mr.Mcoy dont look a lot like everyone else, so try not to over react when you see their true forms."

Jake gave an uncertain nod. "Alright then." He finished his cookie. He worked his jaw trying to thing of what to say next.

Jean walked into the kitchen, not really paying attention to everyone in there. She walked straight to the fridge and opened it. She pulled out a juice and turned to the two standing their. "Hey guys. Kitty i hope you are not drinking from the jug again."She said noticing it

Jake tilted his head a little.
"Who are you?"

"Sorry how rude of me. I'm Jean, and you are?" She says glancing between the boy and the jug of milk

"I'm Jake, nice to meet you." He said giving a nod of acknowledgement.

(acknowledgement, what a long word.)

"Nice to meet you." She said with a smile on her face.

"WHat's your power?" Jake asked, curious.

"Telekenisis" She held her tand towards the milk and focused as the milk shakily hovered towards her. She grabbed it and put it back in the fridge.

i walk into the room.
''hi peoples''
as i go to sit at the table.

"Nice." Jake said, trying to hold back a laugh.
"I can shapeshift.... sometimes."

Jake glanced over at the new person.
"Who are you?"

Kitty watches in horror as the milk was taken away "Aww come on Jean you couldn't let me finish it off?!"

yeah realy if she's going to drink half the carton then you could have let her finish it. It would have been one thing if she was about to start or just started. I say while while smileing. 8)

Jean doesn't say anything and walks over to the pantry and grabs a granola bar

Kitty stands with her hands on her hips "Come on Jean I can't, like, read minds like you can."

"I know that. Look if you want the milk drink it." She says not in the mood to argue

Kitty smiles then pahes her hand through the fridge to get the milk. She smiles then takes a long sip from the jug.

"Kitty.... when i say you can have it... open the fridge. Don't abuse your powers..." Jeansays watching her

Kitty gave an embarressed smile "Sorry. I just need alot of practice, ya know?"

"I understand but don't just go around phasing through stuff, alright?" She says trying to get a point through

Kitty nodded apologetically. "All right."

"Good." Jean slowly eats her granola bar

Kitty gave her a sly smile "You know Jean if you want to over look me "abusing" my powers just this once I can get you a cookie."
