^ A friend of mine from high school did a Yuna cosplay for a photoshoot one time... it was actually REALLY good. She timed it with a new haircut so she could do Yuna's style and everything, and then she put the blue beads in it, and she made the costume herself i think. I was actually a bit creeped out by how real she looked as summoner Yuna (but I don't think she had the staff)

Sweet! Yuna was the first cosplay I ever wanted to do, I started it a couple years ago but had some problems figuring out the sewing stuff, and mom was always too busy to do the sewing. But recently I got all the stuff out again and started working on it. Finished the sleeves, just have to dye them pink gradient. I've got 3 yards of golden yellow fabric to make the obi, and I have this pretty indigo fabric for the skirt, but idk how to make pleats XD

A lot of people paint the vine patterns on the obi and skirt, but I think it looks cheap like that, so Im hoping to embroider it. Also, a couple years ago when I realized I wasnt going to get this one finished by Halloween, I last minute ordered Gunner Yuna off ebay, got my hair cut short and went as Gunner Yuna for Halloween. Im not 100% happy with it, and I think Im gonna make my own half-skirt.... That top ended up being a medium, so I need to take some of it in to fit better. (earring I made myself, bought her necklace off ebay too, every time I look at this picture I think "omg the necklace chain is hanging in front!" >.< )

LOL, that's really good. LOVE the hair. I agree the half-skirt is the weirdest looking part of it, it just doesn't look like it hangs quite the way it's supposed to. Really good though. Definitely share picks once you do summoner Yuna :)
