Kitty and Rouge's Dorm

dimitri smiled as he saw the door open hoping it wasn't rogue about to kill him. Thinking for a moment, he wondered what to do if it was her. Suddenly kitty came through the door looking at him. With a few words her arms were hugging him as he used his one free arm to catch her. A smile crossed her face as she looked like she still hadn't changed. "Kitty my sweet chocolate. I just got back from Russia and came to see the first person I thought of." dimitri smiled at her Placing her down on her feet he didn't want her to fall as he kept the one box straight. Handing her the small bag of chocolate he opened the silk box that looked like it was made of velvet as he opened it. "I have no use for this anymore from my family line. I was wondering if you would do the honors of taking care of it and having it. you can even wear it." dimitri told her as he opened the box revealing a silver tiara with gems embedded in it as the silver looked like vines wrapping around it. the other was a matching silver necklace with rubies and saphires inside of it.

Kitty looked in awe at the tiara and necklace. "Oh Dimitri, I couldn't possibly- I mean, like, these things are probably worth more than everything I own. I totally couldn't do them any justice wearing them."

dimitri looked at kitty when she said that. he lowered his eyes at them. His heart was a little saddened. "I really have no one to give them to dear kitty. I don't really have family and with my abilities, I just want someone I care for to have them." dimitri told her. "they were very special to me and there was no other person I thought of to have them but you. I think they would look lovely on you. Even if you didn't wear them much." dimitri told her, his cheeks were a little pink from speaking his words. he was hoping that she would keep them. his white hair flowing over his bad eye that had nothing in it. He stood up and looked down at Kitty placing the box with the tiara and necklace on the bed. He bowed to her and smiled. "truth is. you are one of the people I treasure the most. I know you probably have feelings for someone else, but I will still protect you when you ask of it or need of it." his red eye looking up towards her.

Kitty couldn't help but smile "Well, like, ifyou insist I can take care of them for you. And, like, I'll wear them from time to time when I have to dress up. It means a lot to me that you would, like, consider me for this." she took a place next to him on the bed and set the box on her night stand.

dimitri smiled as he sat on the floor with his back against the side of the bed. His eye looking up at kitty. "I am glad. At least they will be safe. they belonged to my cousin..." He stopped thinking about what he was going to say. "Kitty I am older than I seem. I have looked like this age for a long time. I told you that my grandfather was in the royal family at the time and ran away. but truth is, I was there. I was the one that was supposed to guard the family and failed. I want to do right by what I have deemed a treasure. at least I can protect you and the few friends I have after what I did." Dimitri smiled and patted her on the arm as he sat there with a smile on his face. "You know if you were back in the old days, I would have tried to court you."

"Wel I suppose it's a good thing this isn't the old days." Kitty teased. The age thing didn't bother her as much as it would have before she came to live wih the x-men. Mr. Logan was a prime example of that. "If you were you'd be competeing with, like, three other guys."

dimitri smiled at kitty and nodded his head. "True. but I wanted you to at least know." dimitri told her with a smile still on his face. he was glad that she didn't freak out like the other girls that he liked in the past. but in his mind it made him sad to think about the fact that she will age and he won't really. he will slowly watch as time goes by, and then he will lose someone dear again. Looking up at kitty. "Would you like to go out to dinner tomorrow? my treat for being gone for so long. And I'll take you in a normal car this time, not a limo." Dimitri was at least giving it a shot. "I would have to say that if I had three men gunning for you, I would do anything it took to win your heart without dirty tricks."

"Whatever." Kitty teased at Dimitri's remark about dirty tricks. "Dinner sounds great though. But, like, no where too classy. I totally don't want to be a fish out of water, ya' know?"

Dimitri raised an eye, he wasnt use to low class dining when taking people he invited to dinner. "very well. How about you pick the place, and I'll buy. I'm use to fancy kind of dining." Standing up he could see the teasing smirk on her face. "Lovely Kitty. What ever you wish is fine. Though I would love to take you dancing. Though I doubt some of the people ehre would like me even being near you." Dimitri chuckled.

Evan came back from a gang fight in Boston. He had been in Westside, it had been like a Mafia War. He decided the first he was going to visit was Kitty. He had stiches on his head, some on his chest, and bruise on arm. "Hey Kitty." He said.

Kitty was about to respond to Dimitri when Evan walked "Like, hey Evan. What's up?" she sat up on her bed and sat in a butter fly, her hands grabbing her ankles.

Evan looked Kitty. "Gang fight in Boston, just came back." He tuned out Dimitri.

Kitty raised and eyebrow "Like, why were you all the way in Boston?" she asked not really understanding why someone would travel to another states to get into a fight.

Evan rolled his eyes, "Gang fight, babey." He said.

"Di- did you just call me baby?" Kitty asked somewhat in shock, leaning back a little "Evan that's totally inappropriate."

Evan rolled his eyes and said, "You, like, totally need to gain a sense of Humor."

Kitty looked down at her sweats then back up at Evan "I've been rehearsing for Les Mis for three hours, do I look like I have enough energy for humor?" the dancing wasn't hard for Kitty, but having to get used to doing it on a turn table had worn her out.

Evan rolled his eyes and lightened the mood a little. "I just came back from fighting the KKK and some famous gangs. Do you think I care about being inappropriate." Evan said in a playful tone, backing off a bit. "Like, Sorry." He said to her, wondering why Kitty always said Like in all her sentences.

Kitty corssed he arm and gave Evan a look that said 'really?'. She wasn't enitrely sure what Evan was playing at at the moment.

Dimitri looked at Evan whom had just walked in, a frown sat on his face as he looked at them. A smile appeared as he placed a hand behind his back. "You shouldn't say such lies Evan. The KKK is more towards the south of the USA." Dimitri gave a grin to him. He kept calm in the presences of Kitty and didn't try anything stupid to get her upset with him. But it seems that Evan's choice of words aren't the best. "Porcupine. You should never call a lovely rose such as Kitty a baby. even as a joke. Its not gentleman like." Dimitri kept his poise. "Kitty shall we say friday night we grab a bite or would you like some food tonight?"

Kitty's attention snapped back to Dimitri "Like, yeah that would be great. It'd have to be after rehersal though, so, like, just pick me up after seven thiry." She looked at her 'after rehersal' state now. "Like, I'll try to clean up a bit." she giggled.

Dimitri smiled and nodded his head. Taking her hand into his, he bowed and touched his forehead to her hand as a kind gesture as a gentleman. "I look forward to it. Maybe you can teach an old dog new way of the world." dimitri stood up straight releasing her hand. Turning to Spyke, he smirked while pulling his white hair back. "You need to stop picking fights with me Porccupine."

Evan looked at Dimitri. "I wish I were lying Dimitri, but the south is were slaves were. The KKK is kinda everywhere in the USA, but you should know that, after living 150 years. Isn't that right?" Evan smiled.

"Oh hey by the way Kitty, when you see Rouge or Kurt tell them there is paintball at Jack's dads warehouse. And Dimitri, you know last time I fought you, I almost killed you, if I had gotten a good shot at your heart, but you just left. Goodbye." Evan smiled and left.
