Matt vs Evan.

Evan got back down and shot some Flaming spikes at the sides of matt.

(ignoring that last post... because i need to reply to other one.)

Matt moved back, he hadn't expect the fight to get close, without realising it he steped off the edge of the platform. As he fell he reached his right hand out dropping what was left of the curretn deck of cards and cutting open his hand on a sideing. after landing the drop he took a second to recover and get back up.
"ohh crap... What was that?"
He started to move back not fulling understanding what just happen. He looked down at his hand, this wasn't good he pretty much lost most of his ability. He took the last deck he had and tossed it back at the platform in an all or nothing attempt to cause damage.

(With a damaged hand it'd take to long for him to throw single cards - so the idea is your still on the platform, he's hopeing the deck will break the platform and cause you to fall with it, maybe causeing enough damage to end the fight.)

The platfrom started to break "Or crap" He said and then Evan shot a Spyke at the roof and held on to it then he got to the roof and hung on with his spikes.

Matt looked at the guy, he just broke his calm thought - he wasn't going to hold anything back. He moved towards the building and grabed ahold of it, he began charging the building unaware of how much this would take out of him.

(going to call this one a coin toss, thety both are going to take damage from the explosion and matt may pass out due to over use of his powers, evan shouldn't be too far behind p-assing out and has a fall to take on top of the explosion)

heads - stand up
tails - pass out
So i tossing a coin twice, once for matt and once for evan - it could be a tie...
matt - tails
evan - heads.

As matt loses what little control he had he lets go of the building, he staggers back while holding his head, in a few seconds the explosion goes off, causeing matt to fly back hitting the ground with a roll, as he stopps he is clearly passed out. his cloths are burned and ripped, the roll causeing the fire to smother itself.
(I'm not sure how active evan is, but if he wants to post he can, otherwise it can be assumed he gets back up.)
