Break-In... Again with the Topic Letters?

Alexis slowly crept across the roof of the mansion, she didn't know what exactly she was stealing, all she knew was that it would cover her plane fee's back and then some. Her destination lay close to her, but she had long since learned that patience was a virtue. The shadows clung around her body and whilst staying on the roof the shadows practically removed her from the normal sight. She slowly moved on the roof, others may not be able to see her, but if she moved to quickly, someone would certainly hear her. She stopped, pulling out a map from the fold's of her clothes, it said that the odd helmet they wanted would be beneath her. She looked around, beneath her, making sure noone was near. The coast was clear. She released her hold on the roof, dropping through the floor and into an odd circular chamber. She stopped phasing and quickly regained control of the roof. She crawled down across the walls of the chamber, hitting the odd runway within seconds. The shadows still hugging her, she walked up to the helmet, quickly grabbing it. Maintenant; comment sortir? She thought, looking for exits, she couldn't phase upwards could she?


((Remember, she thinks in French. But for those who can't speak french or are to lazy to find an internet translator, it roughly means "Now; How to get out?"

Suddenly Kitty came crashing down through the celing slamming to the floor of Cerebro. She had just wokenup from a nightmare she could barely even remember, all she knew is that it was bad enough to make her phase. She began to rub the back of her neck with a small hiss "Like, whoever decided it would be a good idea to put my room like right above Cerebro was nuts!" She said angrily "Then again this is so better than me falling into the Danger Room or something."

Logan opened the door into Cerebro, he was just getting back from one of his latest trips when he picked up the scent of someone he didn't know, along with the scent of Kitty soon after. He assumed Kitty lost control of her powers in her sleep, but he wasn't sure what the other mutant was doing in here.
"Whats going on in here."
Logan demanded with a low sigh, almost sounding like a growl from him.

Alexis heard the crash, it was loud and abrupt, disrupting her train of thought. She quickly transferred the helmet to her tail, before quickly spinning underneath the walkway to Cerebro. She was still invisible, and with the patience of a master slowly crept towards the noisy one. She was silent and invisible, the two most commonly used senses were now under wraps. She reached through the runway and up to the noisy one. She was about to grab her when the door opened up. The helmet was secure, because if it hadn't, it would have slipped straight out of her tail, as she quickly flinched and drew her hand out of the run way. She stopped moving, suddenly nervous of what she held in her tail. What if other, more powerful people wanted it?

"Hmm?" he turned her head to the sound of Logan's voice "Mr. Logan! Like, you're back!" She exclaimed leaping to her feet and skipped toward him "Yeah I, like, fell through the celing again." She answered with an embarressed giggle. She began to notice he was tensing up "Like, what's up?"

"Go to bed kitty."
Logan pressed a button and the door closed with a lock, but he was sure she would be able make it out. He took a deep inhale before speaking.
"Show yourself before i find you."
He walked towards the center of the room, looking at Cerebro, he had been in here enough to see it was missing the helmet.
"Wake up the professor."

She looked at him shocked then out nto the darkness. No one there as far as she could tell "Mr. Logan, what's going on?" Kitty was normally rather courageous but this was a bit unnerving.

"Did you hear someone? Or was it just me...." Jake asked, jogging up to Mr. Logan and Kitty. He had been sleeping on the roof as a cat again and he was woken up by the sound of someone. He thought about sniffing around again, but a tiger's smell isn't as great as it's other sences. He wasn't one to really use smell at all.

Alexis waited, tense. People were turning up left right and center. This wasn't good.

Logan inhaled, he closed his eyes and began to walk towards Alexis following her smell. His claws extended as he moved.
"I can smell you, and you don't want me to find you."

Alexis slowly moved backwards, away from the sound of approaching footsteps. The man spoke an odd language, one she didn't understand. She wasn't sure how anyone would be able to find her, but the sound of approaching footsteps and some form of slicing wasn't good.

Curious, Jake took a sniff for himself... but unlike logan, he couldn't smell much in human form. He dropped back down to a cat and darted ahead of Logan, curious to see who or what had entered the house.

"Like seriously! would someone please tell me what's going on!" Kitty demanded, getting annoyed with the situation. She wasn't just about to go back to bed and she hated being helpless.

Jake looked back and put a finger to his lips.
"I think someone's in the house." He whispered.

Alexis stays there... Waiting for Logan to post.

If i keep posting as Logan you'll just be attacked, i worked it out with jean to post and clear this up for you, so i was waiting... only she's about 4 days late, i assume something came up.

Sensing something going on in cerebro, Professor Xavier opened the door and wheeled in. "What may I ask is going on in here?"

(sorry for a really crappy post, juggling several things at once is not easy)

"Logan's probably going to kill whoever broke into the house." Jake yawned, rubbing the back of his neck as if it was perfectly normal

"Someone stole a part of Cerebro... I just need a minute."
Longan answered, he relaxed abit, he wasn't going to let someone walk away with Cerebro, but if Charles was around there wasn't any chance the person was getting to get away.

Kitty crossed her arms refraining from grumbling to herself about the security issue in the mansion. Logan needed silence

Alexis was unable to deal with waiting any longer. She had tried that aproach, and it had resulted in more and more people turning up, she had to leave. With the quickness of a snake attacking it's prey she flew across the bottom of the cerebro runway her body shimmering across the bottom of the patchy darkness. Then, with a sudden change in pace she pushed her way through the walkway and into the air, past the entrance of the cerebro room and into the foreign hall.

Jake had caught the sudden movement out of the corner of his eye and darted after it, suspecting it to be the intruder. A tiger's smell may not be top rate, but their eyesight is phenomenal.

"Wait up!" Kitty called chasing after Jake and whatever had just blew past her.
