The new recruit continued (dark)

Sitting up, she realized she had something to do for a moment. Going upstairs she got changed into a thigh high black dress and high heel boots with a red corset on that had butterfly strings in the back. going into the kitchen she started making soem food. "Are you hungry?" She asked curiously.

Makoto looked at her. "Not reallyy..." he managed to say. He was too busy staring at her. She looked gorgeous in that outfit. He could barely think.

Akachi's face wqent red as she came back into the living room with a white apron on. looking at him for a moment. "Wanna help me? or do you want something to eat?" She blushed when she sat that he was staring at her. but shrugging it off she went back to cooking a big meal for everyone in the place.

Makoto nodded and walked in after her. "Just tell me what to do Aka k?" He told her loking arouns to familiarize himself withe the kitchen

Akachi nodded her hand and leaned over the table cutting veggies and ended up cutting her hand. it healed but she looked at him and pointed at the vegetables. "If you don't mind." She ran her hand down the side of his face with a smile on her lips.

Makoto blushed when she touxhed his cheek. "Of course Aka." He grabbed the knife and started chopping. He wbistled softly ashedidhiswork

Akachi smiled as she put the rest in the oven since she was making steaks that way and put her hands on his shoulders and rubbed them. she wasn't sure what to do, but figured she would try her best to make him feel at home. "Makoto...what country are you from" She grabbed his hand to top him from chopping

Makoto smiled a little bit. "I don't know...I settled down in a small town in Illinois when I was 5, before that I don't know. I don't know where I am from." He said to her. He wished he had more to say to her but he didn't.

akachi nodded her head and looked at him. She rubbed his back as she put the veggies in the pot allowing them to boil. Walking over she sat next to him in a chair wondering what to do. but she placed a hand on the back of his neck gently as her blood thirst was trying to be controled. "Makoto...this is your home now. its alright." She smiled lightly at him.

Makoto shook his head. "This isn't my home Akachi...." he said sadly. "I don't have a home, I can't have one. At this point I am nothing more than a tool for Magneto to use." He walked over and sat down across from her. "I'm not even much of a person anymore."

Akachi wrapped two arms around his neck like a hug. "Everyone is used. I was used for my money. I redid the whole house. and then found out that I was lied too the entire time." Akachi told him, she ran her fingers through his hair. "I think you are a person. If you hadn't of been, why did you kiss me then?" She asked with a grin.

Makoto looked over at her. "I kissed you because......because......" Makoto stopped, he didn't have a reason why. He sighed and relaxed a little. "Thanks....for at least trying to be nice." He said smiling softly at her. His heartbeat raced slightly with her being so close to him.

Akachi pressed her lips against his cheek as her other side took over. "You like me I know it." She ran her hand slowly down his neck. she could feel his heart racing. her hand traced his scars. "Makoto...I can try and make this as close as home for everyone. I do my best."

Makoto looked at her as his heart raced faster. "Akachi....." He looked at her with a blush. "I do like you....but so what? Chances are you won't like me back. And things will go back to what they always are." he said a little flatly.

Shaking her head. "Sad isn't it how things go back to the way they were. Always alone, feeling lonely and sad. Not sure what to do or say. You reach out and no one reaches back." Akachi said to him as her dark side was still there. She grabbed his hand and looked down at his eyse as he was sitting. "We will see Makoto. we will see." she pretended to go and bite his neck, but stopped as she stepped away turning off the oven as she coudl smell the food. "I been down the same hole."

Makoto looked up at her. "I can't imagine why, someone like you....why would anyone reject you?" he said a little surprised. "Your beautiful...." He looked up at her and couldn't help but wonder what she was like before the brotherhood. "Unlike me you have looks, personality, and everything else...."

Akachi laughed. "When I came here I was a girl that finally got out of a cage. And I wouldn't harm anyone, wouldn't hurt anyone. I was shyer than a scool girl. but...I am not that beautiful. You look better than I do." akachi said to him looking at him for a moment. she walked over to him with a plat of food. "No one is perfect. and it wasn't rejection. More like abandonment. so its fine. Now I'm one of the most feared." she gave him some silverware to eat with.

"Im not hungry" he pushed the food away and stood up. "Im sorry Akachi...." he couldnt get attatched. It would just end up hurting him in the end. He turned to leave.

Akachi grabbed his hand and shook her head with a sad look on her face. "But..." She turned her head away from him for a moment and then her dark side took over grabbing her plate and tossing it at the wall. Her good side came back and moved away from makoto. "I'm sorry...I...its just odd to be treated the way you did." She kissed his cheek and went over to pick up the glass with a tear falling down her cheek feeling bad that she might have scared him.

Makoto looked back at her and grabbed the glass. "I got it..." his hand bled from the glass but he didnt mind. "To be honest....im afraid....afraid of gettiing attatched to someone...it has always ended badly."

Akachi looked at him. "It does for me too. been shot, stabbed, experimented on, and ya...I just try to do my best..." akachi said as she saw his cut. Controlling her urge she grabbed a small clothe and held his finger with it. "I made the mess I'll clean it. but don't be afraid. for I find that fear causes so much trouble." She said as she tried to wipe the tear away.

Makoto saw the tear and wiped it from her face. "Such a pretty face shouldnt have to shed tears..." He smiled softly and picked up the rest of the glass. "I got it Aka."

Akachi nodded her head. "Sorry just my other side scares people." Akachi said as she looked at Makoto. when he touched her face, her cheeks went red. "Well has your room been set up yet?" akachi hugged makoto around his neck.

Makoto shook his headd. "I have been sleeping outside....." He said looking at her blush. He liked being close to her like this. She was someone who actually knew his pain.

Akachi heard that and shook her head. "No you can have a room. Take the one at the end of the hall on the right hand side." Akachi told him. Her room was on the otehr end of the hall. she blushed when eh did. "um would you liek anyting?"
