two sides in one (OPEN)

Akachi left the brotherhood house going to the park. Sitting near the lake, she looked at the water still remembering that she coudln't swim. She missed Damian but same time she figured he wasn't coming back. Her eyes looking at the water, she wondered what Cale and Spyke were up to. Worried about her other side coming out, it seems each time a fight breaks out it takes over. she wasn't sure what to do. With dimitri clinging around her, she was thinking of starting her own little group, thena gain she knew that dimitri would follow her.

It began to rain as she stood there looking at the lake. the water just covered her as she sat there in a black ruffled skirt and a red tank top. Her long hair flowed over her shoulder she was finally thinking she was done with all of it.

Makoto sat in the water silently. The cool waves helped him to focus his mind. Sighing he looked at his reflection in the water. The only thing Makoto saw was a monster. "Why cant you just die?" He growled and glared at himself. "You worthless piece of shit. You make me sick." He clenched his fists as he stared at himself. "Your nothing, and you always will be nothing."

Akachi heard shouting, and she lifted her head to see makoto yelling at himself in the water. Standing up, her barefeet carried her over to Makoto as he was still staring at the water. "Makoto..." She said in a low voice as she grabbed his hand. her eyes looking at Makoto not sure what to do. "You are not worthless or nothing to me." She said outloud. Her red eyes looking up at him as sadness filled her eyes.

Makoto shook her hand off. "Well then your a fool. My father was right about me. Ill never be anything but a waste of space." He got up and walked over to a tree. He leaned his head against it and spoke softly to himself. "Im sorry mom....i let you down." He then proceeded to punch the tree until his knuckles bled.

Akachi listened, and stairs at him for a moment not sure what to do. Or anything for that matter when he spoke like that. She walked over to him and got a frown on her face when he spoke like that again putting himself down.
"STOP IT!!! YOU WANNA PITY YOURSELF!! YOUR FATHER ISN'T RIGHT. YOU ARE NOT A WASTE OF SPACE!!! IF YOU WERE I WOULD WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU!!" Akachi snapped at him as she bared her fangs at him trying to get him to see. she grabbed his chin and stared up at him coldly. "YOU WANNA LET YOUR FRUSTRATIONS OUT ON SOMEONE DO IT TO ME!! I CAN TAKE THE BLOWS! I KNOW I CAN GOD DAMN TAKE THE HITS!!! IF YOU DON'T WANNA BE HERE THEN I WILL NOT FORCE YOU TO BE IN THE BROTHERHOOD!!! BUT GOD DAMN IT TRY!!! YOU HAVE FAILED NO ONE!!! ONLY WAY TO FAIL IS TO GIVE UP!!! I DIDN'T GIVE UP WHEN THEY TOOK MY EYE, MY HEART, EXPERIMENTED ON ME AND TOOK EVERYTHING!!! SO DON'T YOU GOD DAMN GIVE UP YOU SON OF A BITCH!" Akachi let him have it, she wasn't keen on anyone putting themselves down. she remembered all that had happened.

Makoto growled at her. "Do you actually think i would hurt you? You are the only reason i am still here." Makoto pushed her off of him and glared. "You may not understand it but putting myself down is what keeps me sane. It brings me down to Earth. You may think im stupid but i do it for a reason. I do it to make sure he doesnt take control." He sighed and looked at her sadly. "Aka...my mother told me i would do something great...but look at me. Im a pawn in Magneto's game." He sat down and hid his facee in his hands.

Akachi listened and crossed her arms as she stood there with her feet firmly planted on teh ground. "then follow me. Follow me not him. I don't take magneto's orders. I don't treat you like a pawn." Akachi snapped at him coldly. "Follow my orders then and just stay out of trouble. " akachi wasn't sure what to say to him. "You will do something great. I am sure of it." She grabbed his hand and stared at him coldly not sure what to do.

Makoto looked up at her. "Okay...ill follow you." Makoto looked at the floor. He hated the way Akachi was looking at him. He wanted to dissapear. "Im sorry.." he turned around and tried nkt to shed any tears. The one person he cared about was screaming at him because he did something stupid like always.

Akachi looked at him not sure what to say. When he calmed down her nice side popped in and she looked at him with a smile on her face as she grabbed his hand. Turning him around she ran her finger along the rim of his eye taking away the tear. "Its okay. We just sometimes all need a good yelling at." Akachi told him. She wrapped her arms around his torso and gave him a hug. Her head reading on his chest. "Just stop putting yourself down. if you need a punching bag. I don't mind being it."

Makoto shook his head. "I could never hurt you Akachi....i nnever could." He held her hand. "Im leaving soon Akachi....i thought you should kn

akachi shook her head and wrapped her arms around his neck wrapping her chains around his legs as they came out of the ground. "Why? I want you to stay...Makoto...please don't leave. I lost one reason to stay once...don't let me lose it again." Akachi told him. she felt horrible now, letting go of him she leaned her back against the tree.

Makoto looked at her sadly. "I was approached by some men who said they worked for an orgonization called Weapon X. They promised they could help me. They will make me stronger and help me with him..."

Akachi's eyes went wide and shook her head. "don't if you go with them then...you will be nothing but a lab rat. I heard they erase your memories afterwards..." akachi didn't know what to say to him not sure what to do. but looking at her gold ring necklace atound her neck that said brotherhood on it, she had two of them. Standing up straight she put it around makoto's neck and ran a finger down his chin. "If you do. Just remember you have a home here. but please don't go..."

Makoto shook his head and removed the necklace. "This isnt my home." He leaned forward and kissed her. "You are. And if you really want me to stay i will." He stepped back and looked at her with a sad smile. "If you tell me now then ill stay."

Akachi looked at the necklace and handed it to him. "Please take it. I only give it to people I approve of." Akachi looked down at the ground, but then lifted her head when he told her to tell him to stay and then kissed her. Akachi's face went so red that when she tried to speak it didn't work. Touching her lips with her fingers, she looked at the ground sadly. "I want you to stay. I told you that. I order you to stay." Akachi told him. She looked up as the rain fell on her.

Makoto smiled and hugged herr. He looked at her and whispered. "As you wish m'lady." Makoto was glad she wanted him to stay. He looked at her and brushed the bright pink hair out of her face. "Lets get you out of the rain." He took off his jacket and wrapped it around her to keep her dry

Akachi's face went red, but then she paused and looked at him. His fingers touched her hair that brushed across her face. she looked up at his face and gently touched his scars. Then she let off a small sneeze as she was cold as hell. Rubbing the back of her neck she took the coat gladly as she took them over to the bridge to get out of the rain as she went under it and stood there on the stone rocks. "So why were you going to be a weapon."

Makoto looked at her. "A weapon doesnt think or have feelings. It doesnt have to feel pain. I wanted that....i was desperate." He sat down on a rock and motioned for her to sit with him. "I thought they could turn me into something strong..."

Akachi sat next to Makoto and shook her head. "You are as strong as your mind makes you. I believe you are strong. first one to take me down in a long time." akachi told him. feeling a little blood hungry she held it in. Her eyes looked at him as she shivered a bit. "And feel nothing...no pain. tell you the truth I rather feel the pain. Lets me know after all I did, I'm alive still." akachi told him.

Makoto leaned his head on her shoulder. "Your the first person that believed in me...thank you." He closed his eyes and listened to heer heartbeat.

Akachi's face went red and wasn't sure what to do so her little hand gently patted him on the top of the head. "No problem." Akachi told him. she wasn't sure what to do. her eyes looked at him for a moment.

Makoto looked back at her. "Why do you care about me so much? After all the trouble i have caused you you still come after me.....why?" He silently waited for her answer.

Akachi looked down at him. "cause I would want someone to come after me. I have been in your shoes. I have been all over. I would have wanted someone to do the same thing. My fangs and allergine to light, is due to the experiment that a couple of the brotherhood did on me." Akachi told him. She leaned down towards his face. "and tell you the truth hard to find good brotherhood." She ruffled his hair.

Makoto sighed a little. "I wouldnt be any help. I just leech off of others. By myself i am Useless." He looked away from her. He suddenly felt stupid. So....she is just using me...figures. why would anyone actually want me around just because they like me.

Akachi shook her head. "Learn combat like me. I had to learn combat in order to control my chains. hand to hand so I didn't have to rely on them. I don't think your useless. Hell you put up a fight against dimitri that gives something." Akachi laughed, she kissed him on the cheek. "I think you will be fine. I don't want to use people I want to keep them safe. Like one big family. Come and go as they please, but I'll stand steed fast." Akachi laughed.
