Power: Stone Sight: (Jason was born with the curse that anything he looks at Organic or Inorganic will turn to stone. Furthermore it happens by multiple beams of light coming from his eyes and dancing around. Anything these beams touch will turn to stone (Think like many white laser lights dancing around). If he looks a person directly in the eyes there body will turn to stone and crumble. Organics happen nearly instantly while inorganic depending on size takes longer.

Personality:Jason is a likeable kid who enjoys life and is always ready to laugh and have a good time however deep inside he is sad and scared because of what he can do. he tries to get along with everyone and feels bad when he makes someone angry or hurts feelings and is easily hurt when insulted or picked on. he doesn't have a hidden rage all anger was burned from him a long time ago. He will try and help people when he can even though he is blind he will go out of his way to help someone. Though a nice kid he sometimes will sneak away to cry about the curse laid on his life.
Appearance:
Bio:Jason was born in Washington D.C. and his first breath he cried and the doctor looked at him right in the eyes, Luckily the baby was over the bed when the doctor not even being able to scream turned to stone and crumbled the baby dropping into his mothers arms who was unconscious. One of the Nurses that worked there was a Mutant and when she heard what happened she ran to the room and wrapped a thin cloth around the child's eyes.
His mother awoke sometime later and saw the nurse holding her child a sad look on her face. She turned and showed the boy and when his mother asked why he was wearing a blindfold she was forced to tell of the curse laid on her son. The mother was scared but she loved her son from the moment she saw him and told herself she would make this work and not be one of those people who got rid of there kids because they were mutants.
Beth took young Jason home where his Father and Sister were waiting but before she showed them the child she told them to never remove the blindfold from his eyes that he would hurt them. They were shocked by the news but agreed and Jason was finally home. Father and Daughter kept there word never removing the blindfold except to wash it but they immediately exchanged one for another as fast as they could. Everything was fine as Jason grew up until his sixth birthday when the kids were playing whack the pinata, One of the kids thought Jason was wearing the blindfold and tore it from his eyes, His father screamed trying to get to his son but it was too late with one bright flash ten people were turned to stone including his father and Sister. The children closest didn't even have that luxury as they changed and crumbled. His mother ran out from behind and threw a Rag over his eyes as he screamed until he was hoarse every face changing to stone burned into his memory.
Beth was terrified for herself and her child and finally someone came to her by the name of Scott Summers who was a mutant and a headmaster at a School for children like Jason. he explained to his mother how he too had a problem like Jason but not the same and he felt pity for the small child having to grow up like this and sympathy for turning his own family to cold stone. Sadly Professor Summers didn't know anyone who could undo what Jason had done and Beth knowing her son had to leave gave him her Necklace with a picture of her and his family. Jason left home for Xavier Academy to hopefully learn to control or at least to keep his powers under control. Upon arriving Jason learned something when he took off his Blindfold and stared into a Mirror that his own power didn't work on him. Four years Jason has been at Xavier academy and is finally old enough to participate in the other activities though he is limited by his curse.
