Power:Superhuman Capabilities because of X-Gene Control over forms of Physics in the Magnetic Field such as Kinetic Energy,Explosive Energy etc, and Prodigy of Magnetism. Needs both hands to use (because of Weapon X) and his powers and too much in one day isnt good (can be improved though) Magnetic Field Manipulation (Force Fields, Flight Some Matter Manipulation;yet to be developed, Metallic Bonding, and Organic Iron Manipulation, ), and Electromagnetic Spectrum Manipulation.

Note: Powers are still in training so just a prodigy at them. Too much using them can hurt him badly and go out of control.

Occupation: (if old enough)-Fighter/Strategist, etc.

Appearnce:Medium length brown hair with upper navy blue and crimson body wear and red and blue long battle jacket with crimson and navy blue. and black pants with black and silver boots. blue eyes, handsome, tan skin, medium muscular.

Bio: Sean lived a normal happy life with his mom only taking care of him. His dad was no where to be found, not even living with them. School worked good for him until that day. One day while writing an essay with his pen suddenly he accidently flicked it out of his hand and it fell on the floor. While reaching for it the pen floated to his hand. A classmate/friend saw it and told the teacher. The teacher told the principal and immediately expelled him from the school. This was at age 10. At this time though Sean didn't understand it. It wasnt fair. He was still Sean deep down inside. While walking home sparks began to shower his body in a blazing aura. He couldn't control it, and ran home as quickly as possible. His mom looked at him in fair. His mom called one person Sean hadn't know for his whole 12 years: His father. See his father, was a Weapon Plus/X Agent. He could possibly control Sean's powers. So Mom took Sean to his father's labs. His father's mind was filled with malicious intent. This was a mutant that could help Weapon X in their cause. His father thought Wolverine may have been good but this is amazing. Similiar to Magneto but an advancement. Suddenly when Sean's father was about to put an injection in his blood stream to subdue him, Sean got up and and with magnetism choked his father to death with a metal pole. Than his mom looked at him in fair ready to call the police. Sean was hurt that his mother would betray him. He ran away into the woods fending himself and gradually developing a hatred for humans. Than suddenly on his 15th birthday two mutants with the names of Mystique and Magneto visited him in the woods, offered him clothes and feud and had a talk with him. They named him Kid Dynamo and Magneto taught Sean of his own past and trained him in the combat arts. Mystique said he was destined for greatness and could lead the Acolytes and MutantKind into a better future as an Emissary of Magneto. Than from that day Sean donned his uniform , became Kid Dynamo and swore revenge on his captors, and a lust to destory humans.....and the school of Professor...Xavier.

That was amazing. I only have two things that I really want to point out.

1) The powers; I believe while in a discussion on either the C-box or some long lost topic, a few regulars agreed that Magneto's powers were slightly God Mod-ish. I don't mind the magnetism bit seeing that its relevant to your bio, but we ask that could potentionaly become G-mod-ish throw in a signifigant weakness, such as you need both hands to manipulaite the metal, or something like that

2) The MRD, mutants haven't been made public knowledge quite yet and thus the MRD hasn't been formed. If you just change it to the police it'll be fine.
