Name: Setsuna Adams.

Power: Setsuna has the power to change the molecular structure of anything he touches. He can transform a rock into pure diamond. He also can change the shape of the object as well. Organic life has resistance to this power but with prolonged contact ((a few minutes)) he can change hem as well. He cannot create new organic material and therefor cannot turn an inanimate object into a living creature. Another drawback is that he cannot change the amount of matter that is in the object. He can only reshape the object. He cannot add moreeee mass to it. He also has the power to store and release electrical energy. He cannot create the energy and must absorb it from an outside source. He channels his electrical power through a adamantium gauntlet that is bonded to his arm

Personality: Setsunais a very outspoken person. He will always say what he thinks of someone even if he shouldn't. He is quick to use violence and must usually be restrained by others to keep from starting a fight. He is extremely protective of those he likes and will kill anyone who threatens them. He does have a soft side that almost no one gets to see though. He is extremely loyal to Makoto after Makoto set him free.

Bio: Setsuna was born with his powers in New York. His parents abandoned him at age r
Three when they first manifested themselves and he was left alone on the streets. Weapon X captured him for testing. They performed countless tests on him to try to make him use his powers to produce vibranium. When it didn't work they focused on his electrical powers. They bonded a adamantium gauntlet to his arm and molded it into his nervous system. He hated it for years and years going through the experiments and torture. Then one day Makoto found him while trying to rescue Akachi. Makoto released the boy and told him where to go. Awhile later he found his way to the brotherhood home to find the boy that had freed him.
